During our last association meeting several neighbors were interested in entry beautification. Our options for beautification are listed below as options 1,2, 3, 4 -- ranging from $5,000 to $16,000. Please let us know your thoughts. Which option would you prefer? Based on your suggestions the BCHA trustees & the D&C committee will be able to make a recommendations.
Option 1:
Remove and dispose of existing fence $250.00 per fence
Enlarge existing plant bed and install 15 – 18” to 24” Hicksii Yew per bed
$490.00 per bed
Total cost per plant bed: $740.00 plus tax
We are excluding one entry. Please note we already have a plant bed and an engraved landscape wall on the Bryson Cove East entry.
Total cost for 7 entries: $5,180.00 plus tax
Option 2:
