I've noticed there have been some what I will term "home appraisers" in the area, I'm sure others have noticed. I don't know if you are aware that these "appraisers" are offering cash and fast closings for the homes in our area. Cash at the tune of like $14,000-$17,000 dollars and what is really scary is that some people have sold their homes to these people for what really amounts to pennies...
I think these appraisers are coming around and trying to buy up the homes in our area for dirt cheap, so that when the area starts improving and a more desireable population decides they want to live in our area they will sale them the homes for what they are really worth, which even in this economy is at least three times+ what they are buying them for. Please people do not sale your home at this insulting rate. I know things seem rough, but change is coming, with our neighborhood and with our city, just hold on. I prophesize that our neighborhood will become prime real estate in the City of Detroit and in Michigan...
