Please watch out for a white woman and black male painting house #'s on the curb. THEY ARE CROOKS! She is a known thief and drug addict. She will ask you for a glass of water and try to get in your house. DO NOT write her a check.She is medium build, med length, dark hair- name is Cindy Veneklase. She is with a tall, skinny, black male. She will do anything to rip you off. Call the police if you see them. The East precinct knows her. She holds a clipboard and claims she is with the fire dept. DO NOT let her in your house. She seems very pleasant and friendly but don't be fooled.The police are trying to catch her. If you have any info, contact the east precinct.
