Hi. One of my neighbors in our area has a home that is starting to be in serious need of repair. There is quite a bit of visible rotting wood and now an area of missing shingles. I haven't met the man who lives there but would like to help. I see the gentleman cutting his yard so I know he's not infirm. Does anyone have any ideas?
