Welcome

Welcome to Barb's Farm Community Website! The website is no longer being updated, however you can still access lots of informative articles, Barb's Farm Corporate documents, including our deed restrictions, and several requested forms can be obtained from the website. You can still access and read past community newsletters and minutes from Board and community meetings.

Hopefully, sometime in the future, we will have a full Board consisting of 8 volunteer homeowners instead of 5. This would enable us to spread out Board responsibilities better and allow us to get back to updating the website throughout the year.

Please contact Beverly Harding at BC Communities (302)234-7710 ext. 1104 or email bharding@bccommunities.org if you'd like to volunteer to become a Board member or need other community information.
