Is anyone else angry at the cable service in our neighborhood? What makes me angry is that the cable goes out whenever the wind blows; one has to CALL in order to get a bill adjustment; and, last but not least, one has to be at home for a service call (they always think that the problem is inside of your house!). Just this afternoon, I spoke with a representative who when I complained about the service, tried to sell me more options. Can you believe that? Anyway, I feel better just getting this off my chest. Please, if you feel the same way, there is a complaint number for AT&T Broadband list on our web page. Call them, or better yet, write them a letter!
