Congratulations: We're 50% Of The Way Home!

Well in advance of the January 1, 2012 due date, Barristers Place Community Association dues have been rolling-in to treasurer Rich Ordeman.

As of December 24, the paid up total stood at 70 homes.  That's almost exactly half of the homes in the association.

To all those who have sent their payments, we say THANK YOU  VERY MUCH.

Now, for those who have not yet written that check, here's a reminder: Barristers Place Community Association dues of $55.00 yearly are due January 1, 2012 and become overdue as of January 31, 2012.  Overdue payments are subject to interest and collection charges.

For those who have not paid dues, an invoice was contained in the printed BPCA newsletter received in all homes prior to December 1, 2011.  Please complete that invoice form and mail the form plus your check to:  BPCA, PO Box 1192, Vienna, Virginia 22183.

As has been noted many times, dues are the only real source of community association income.  The money is needed to pay association bills.  So, please, if you have not yet paid dues for 2012, mail a check today before you forget.
