Bashford Manor Neighborhood Association

hello everyone, I would like to entroduce myself, I'm Susan Colville, President of Colonial Manor Hill Condos. I would like to see the area of Peabody LN. and Goldsmith cleaned up from DRUGS and CRIME in our area. Just last week we had another car stolen from our lot. We have run off Turtlecreek residents from or lots as well. Our area is going down in value because of them, section 8 and apartments.. Let's see if we can work on our area together we can make a REAL differnce.

I've lived here since 7/99. since then our condo's avg. at least 1 car a year stolen here in our lots once a year( 1 attempt, which would make us 2 for the year). Count less car break in's. And the Pizza Driver was robbed in our lot. There use to be a stop and go mart for drugs : at the 4way stop on Goldsmith and Peabody just last summer. And the countless shopping carts just hanging around in the aprtsments and in our creek...Our area is goin down fast. And we all need to pay attendtion to those youngpeople walking around our neighbors late at nite. Young people have been caseing us out for a couple of years nows. AND we all need to come together and find out ways to resolve this and other matters....TOGETHER WE CAN ALL MAKE A DIFFERENCE !! Let's make this area better like it use to be.
