Hello-
I live in one of the Jubilee townhomes and over the last few months have noticed some questionsable activity in the parking lot adjacent to my unit (my bedroom windows face the parking lot). I have reason to suspect that drugs are being sold out of one the units across the parking lot from my home. I've called non emergency police line 3 to 4 times in the last 8 weeks over noise disturbance in the parking lot. Cars pull up to the parking lot and enter this home at all hours of the night. Usually loud music and un orderly people stumble out of their vehicles. In the last month on two seperate occasions and two seperate vehicles non residents have been drinking in our parking lot, I've seeing people lay on the floor of the parking lot for several minutes (that's why i called the cops int he first place, I didnt know if they needed medical help) but then got up and proceeded to go into the bushes on the side of my house to pee. Just two nights ago this incident happended again but this time two guys decided to expose themselves and pee. The pee stains are in the parking lot to prove it. The cops never seem to get to the scene in time since my calls are non emergency. Is there anything that I can do or the HOA can do to address this issue? This issue really concerns me givin that I have young children and their bedroom windows face the parking lot. I"m also concerned given all the car breakins that we've experienced and wondering if any of this is connected.
Any help or advice on how to deal with this situation would be greatly appreciated.
