Old Bay Crest has 428 houses on 13 streets; Middle Bay Crest has 148 houses on seven streets; while New Bay Crest has 362 houses (counting the 35 townhouses on Bay Pointe Drive) on 20 streets. There are 383 houses on the water (231 in OBC, 18 in MBC, and 134 in NBC).
