Is anyone else disgusted with this neighborhood? What happened to the quarterly newsletter we were promised? Why can't people clean up after their dogs? Why don't people abide by the deed restrictions...

WHY DO ALL TAXPAYERS HAVE TO PAY TO MAINTAIN PRIVATELY OWNED PONDS THAT ARE OWNED BY ONLY 4% OF THE TAXPAYERS TO WHICH THEY ARE DENIED ACCESS?
