I would like to make a formal complaint about
the constant noise coming from the apartment above me. The noise starts at 7am
every morning and goes on throughout the entire day and into the next morning
every day. The woman is yelling from 7am until 3pm. Then loud music starts
every day at 4pm until 11:00pm. There is banging on the heating poles at odd
hours of the night, 2am banging on the pole and 5am more banging on the heating
pole, it sounds like they are using a loud device to bang on the heating poles.
They stomp on the ceiling constantly from 10:00am all day until 5:00am. They
drop something on the floor that makes a loud banging sound when it hits the
floor from 7:00am and 10:00am and 12:00pm and 4:00pm and after 5:00pm the loud
stomping and hitting the ceiling with a device is constant until 2:00am and
again at 5:00am.
Please discuss the noise with the apartment above me. It has
compromise my way of life and has put us in a shocking what
was that? Moment throughout the days and nights we live here.
I am deeply frustrated about the loud inappropriate constant
noise that comes from the apartment above mine.
