I am not trying to put anyone down but why do we still have individuals that have no clue as to what they are doing running this community. I believe that the maintenance should be turned over to the county . At least when there is an issue it will be addressed And an excuse will not be given that we are too busy. If you are too busy then step down. Also how is it that the board was operating with just three members. Now you have a full board but for the 2009-2010 There were three members. In order to operate as a board you would have to have complete board members. I am dreading the upcoming snow. Last year most homeowners had to take to the streets and clear their own street. One last question to the president. This has been asked over and over again and the quesiton continues to go unaswered. Can you provide the community with written proof of the $56,100 the board is holding. This was the payment that each homeowner made coming into this community. And we all know that we have been paying dues so this money should not have been used for anything.
