Don't you think that it is time for a change? The board wants you to believe that having a management company is a bad thing but how good has it been having the board of present and past. You have individuals that mean well but have not clue at what they are doing. You have a president who one day all is well then the next day is so emotional that he sends out an email with his resignation then the next day he is back to being president.  Really this is who you want in charge. Think about it and vote, why don't we have a professional run and govern our community this way we know that they really handle business and not pretend to do business. These individuals that are on the board now only want what will benefit themselves and not our community. Here are a few management companies that would do right by our community.

I'm open to hear more about other management companies.  Either your in it to take care of business to keep the community up to standard, or elect new members that are willing.

The board is only against the idea because they want to remain in control of thing to cover the illegal actions and fradulent things they are doing. If  we can get half of the community to vote on it, we can get things changed. It is time for a change. It will be just a matter of time before the ceiling cracks and they will have no choice but to change. What you do in the dark surely will come to light.
