Tips on Crime Prevention

Our representative at the last ShAdCo meeting learned of rising rates of vehicle vandalism in the Sandalwood area. The Sheriff?’s office recommended we:
a) keep car doors locked and keep valuables such as purses, cell phones, etc., out of sight. Leave your car ?“showroom ready?”;
b) buy locking gas caps;
c) leave garage door closed;
d) install floodlight sensors.
Recently a Beachwood resident had gas stolen from his truck and another resident had his work tools taken from his vehicle!
