If you plan to evacuate to a shelter and require special medical needs during your stay; or are in need of transportation to a shelter, you must first register with the City of Jacksonville's Emergency Preparedness Division. Do so by calling 630-CITY or registering on-line. Plan for your pets - Don't forget to include food in your emergency supplies kits.
