Annual Garage Sale Saturday – May 2nd From 8:00 am – 1:00 pm

The sale will be advertised in the Florida Times Union by the Beachwood Civic Association (BCA). We will also have signs posted on Beach Blvd. You are welcome to design and display your own posters to draw attention to your sale!

Tips for a successful yard sale:
Plan ahead-Save bags and newpapers for wrapping breakable items. Also, collect quarters, singles and $5 bills for making change.
Set up in style- Organize items into labeled sections, such as ?“House wares?” and ?“Sports Gear?”. Clean everything to make it look as new as possible.
Price it right-As a general rule, sell bigger items, such as appliances and toys, at a third to half of what they cost new.
