that this is probably going to cause more accidents that anything. i think it was a stupid idea to put that thing there... maybe if it was a little smaller in diameter it wouldnt be as bad. they are spending money on dumb things they should stop trying to beautify the street with statues they should just pave the roads nicely instead.
