Some folks in the neighborhood expressed concern that the color used to paint 3149 Floral Way East may have a negative impact on property values.
The owner has graciously agreed to allow her home to be repainted a different color if needed; the new color would have to be approved by the newly appointed ARB members.
The question is, do you feel strongly enough about this issue, and it's potential impact on property values, that you are willing to ''put your money where your mouth is?''
If you believe strongly enough that your property value as a Beechwoods homeowner is affected by the color, are you willing to donate $50 towards the project to repaint the home?
While I was not part of the group that brought this as an issue to the community, I wouldn't mind donating a nominal amount to help everybody be happy and help property values rise. How 'bout you?
This message is *NOT* to start a forum for arguements; simply let us know if yes, you do want to contribute, or no, you do not feel it is important enough to make you want to contribute.
