We all have friends, and we all have occassional guests. These are those being addressed. We are not taking to you. We are talking about those who have driveways but choose to not use them.
Others include unsightly rusty metal ''sheds'', boats parked out front. (or in yard) And a few more.

What can be done? Obviously self-policing would help the most but many are not comfortable even politely confronting a neighbor. Even if it might help.
