i said if you need to vent go see jimmy.  i don't need to vent.  really what that meant, if you read between the lines, was don't vent your frustrations at us.

its $50 a year.  .96 cents a week.  we're not talking about $1000.  for what a good HOA can offer .96 cents a week is a deal.  we all spend more than that at a convenience store during the week.

i see section c kind of like walters drive.  walters drive is the first left you come to when you turn in off of 51.  it looks like whitehaven down there.  i hate it.  i wish the city would make them clean their street up.  but you know what?  i can't do anything about it.  we are going to do everything we can to get section C in.  we may get them in we may not.   either way it is not up to us anymore, it is not up to the courts and we will move forward with or without section C.

Mr. Norris I have no interest in having a HOA under the circumstances.. All that needed to do was to ignore the issue of  as has been done for the last 10 years.

Mr Honesty we are very sorry that you are not interested.  Truly I am sorry.  We only have the best interest of the neighborhood in mind.  Is there anything we can do to change your mind?  You could probably help us.  You're awfully persistent.

The way I see it you have three options.  You can continue in your quest to make this go away.  You can get on board with the rest of us and try to make this the best neighborhood in Hernando.  Or, you can move.

The simple fact is the majority of the homeowners in this neighborhood want the HOA.  Making it go away would be difficult to do.  Especially when most of us are in agreement that something needs to be done.  Our quaint little nighborhodod is deteriorating right in front of our eyes.

The problem here is that no one has done anything and ignored the issues for the last ten years.
