Just a few notes here on the board meeting held just last Monday night. I only saw one other resident there besides myself. All of the board members were present along with Sharmin, of Greenacres, Inc. property management.

There was lots of discussion since some time has passed from the last board meeting back in October of '07. I was handed a meeting agenda along with a copy of the past meeting's minutes. The board opened the meeting and the past minutes were approved and on we went to new business followed by old and then the floor was open to residents for discussion.

So much was talked about that there wasn't anything I wanted to talk more about. I did apply to be a board member for one of the two positions coming up this year. Hopefully I can make a difference if elected.

I would like to see more people join in the discussion areas here and help us all get to know our community and our neighbors. As an individual or a group we can all make a difference in our lifestyle here at Bella Vista.
