Has anyone noticed this? Looks like a palm tree spray painted on the second entrance wall in silver paint. I guess when you have walls eventually you will have graffiti. It's been there a couple months. Well, I don't know if Greenacres or anyone on the board has made a call to get this fixed or not so I decided to take responsibility. I just left a message with the answering service for AAA Diversified who is the painter now for our common wall. Jerry, who I've dealt with for the many years that I was on the North Lakes board is the contact person. Anyone can call him and he will get one of his guys over here quickly to take care of any grafitti. The answering service person took my name and number so I'm now waiting on a call back so I can explain to Jerry where this artwork is located. Let's see how long it takes to get it taken care of. For future reference, AAA Diversified's number is 962-0808. Now, why didn't the board take care of this sooner? I'm sure I'll hear that someone had been called and the problem was being taken care of. Wouldn't it be great if the board actually used this website discussion area to communicate to the residents what they are doing or NOT doing? You can see that I will use this tool to everyone's advantage if elected to the board. |

Paul talked to the painter this morning and it has been painted today. Nice work Paul....... Yep, you see, I called the day before yesterday and I received a call back ealier today from Billy at AAA Diversified painting. He was at the entrance looking at the grafitti and teling me he had a paint can with Bella Vista written on it. He said that if it was the trim paint he would come back Monday with the wall paint and take care of it. Apparently, Rich, he had the wall paint. I'm glad it's now history. See, that didn't take much did it. Next!
