There is this car that has been parked on the street often near my home.  Its there over night sometimes too.  I want to get my T's crossed before I go asking if the car could be parked in the driveway if its going to be left there overnight and sometimes not moved for a couple days.

It's such a pain to get out of the driveway when my husband car is in our driveway too.

Is there rules to leaving a car parked on the road??

i was told  by @ greenacre  that there is nothing in the bylaws regarding parking  in the street and that in fact it is lawful to park on public streets albeit not very conscientious to your neighbors....i was told this when i complained about the lawn service guys parking 1/2 in grass 1/2 in street fishing instead of doing lawn maintenance.......nothing in bylaws , nothing in bylaws, nothing in bylaws, that is the primary answer, secondary is, we are trying to keep legal fees down.....bottom line nothing will be done, i did speak nicely to my accross the street neighbor  who was parking in the street daily to leave their driveway empty for their children to play....this conversation resulted in about a 50% decrease in the problem,,,,,ill take it   .................
