it comes to mind, that during the homeowner meeting charmin had mentioned that enforcing deed restrictions  is hard due to some houses being in foreclosure...... aren't the restrictions for the "homeowner" be them bank or individual, frankly i would think a bank would be more often compliant and easier to deal with.  Hey, the banks have bailout money to spend on lawncare right ?  just kidding ......about the bailout money, not the deed restrictions..... how the heck does the foreclosure thing shake down, do the banks hire lawn people ?  i wonder if they would pay me to mow/weed  it?????  hmmmm????  :)  any thoughts or knowledge of same anyone?

Hey Miko, I see you are playing with the colors, great to see that. I love to see what things can do myself. About the banks taking care of their foreclosures. I doubt they worry about any maintenance unless the community calls and gives them a hard way to go. I think they feel that they won't have the properties long enough to worry with overgrown lawns and siding falling off. But, guess what, they are wrong. They usually end up with the properties longer than they expect and the lawn get overgrown and the house starts to fall apart. It would take some searching through the county public records to see what bank or lender has put a foreclosure on a property in order to figure out who to contact with any problems. Seems like a job for someone to look into doing. Got any free time? Cool Who knows, you might get the lawn job then.

Sharman is the correct spelling by the way. I used to spell her name as Sharmin.

Maybe some Saturday morning we can get together and go do that lawn. It could be our little something we give to the community. Might help the place sell quicker too if it looked neat and clean, help the realtor out who gets the listing.

I agree Paul. But first lets make sure no one lives there and we wouldn't be charged with trespassing. What home is it Miko?
