Paul I have to disagree with you, if homeowners here don't have 2-3 hrs/week to work in their yards maybe they should consider a townhouse/condo without a yard. Don't bring down the property values of others doing the right thing. When I bought my home I thought out such prior to buying. It seems like others did not. I really don't care how they keep the inside of their house as that does not effect me or other home owners. However what we can all see does. Again, if you don't allow things to get out of hand, 2-3 consistent hrs/week will do.
