I have always been against due increases but I am going to act like a politician and I think the board should raise the fees DRASTICALLY!!!!!! People are just so self centered.It would give them funds for taking these rude self centered son of a bitch's to court. I am tired of looking at other peoples messes and repeated violations as well. If they get a notice-I think they must be disregarding it. I hope the board will consider this seriously. Raise it 100.00 to start maybe 400.00 would get their attention. Would help take the ones not paying to court as well. They are stupid and have no clue or they just don't give a damn about how they offend their neighbors and community with their actions or lack of. Raise the fees and hope the trash leaves Bella Vista!!

Even with a HOA letter this individual care less about the look of our neighborhood and discomfort of four of us who lived around that house.I need to get in touch with the Board ,some one send me a phone number and a name please.Thanks
