Be sure and write the number down from the pole before you call.
It will be on the green signage. Not stamped into the concrete pole.
I have just reported the street light out at 15422 Lake Bella Vista.
The pole number is 22490 46595.
The last time I reported a different light out they couldn't match up the address with the pole number and it took some time for the Teco rep to figure out what to do with the address I gave her in addition.
You will be told that it can take 3 to 10 days to repair.
