Where are the OCT Minutes from the meeting?  The Sept is on there, and it says that the "grant" is postponed to next meeting, then .....nothing.   I have a sneaky feeling that the Grant $$$ is only available for sidewalks along Shelbyville Rd.  Have the residents along Shelbyville Rd been notified of the added liabiality to THEM?   This subject seems to have just disappeared from the meeting agenda and notes.

The minutes from the October meeting would not have been official and thereby not posted until after they were approved at the November meeting this past Monday.  Apparently, the mayor and/or the City Clerk have not posted them for some reason.  Maybe they will show up soon..things sometimes just slip through the cracks...just saying.
