City of Bellemeade

I've read where many do not care for the new site and I agree there needs to be a area for the residents to be heard regardless if Mayor or council agrees with their opinion.

The new web cite is attractive and sounds like our community is Mayberry but it's not. Time after time reports of break ins of cars and now an attempt of a break in of a home.

Why doesn't the city council address this issue and come up with some options. We need our community safe and that should be the number one focus not what type of recycle bins we have.

I did not know there was a home break in.

What action to make our city secure has  been taken ? I posted the suggestion to hire an off duty police officer and requested response for from others and no one replied. The crime is not going to just go away, action needs to be taken, Calling the police AFTER a break in does little to prevent the next one. Another  has been reported of their garage robbed.
