The biggest issue in the neighborhood is the parking.  I dont care about daycares and other things i would just like to be able to have people come visit my house and not worry about getting their vechicles towed.  I think that board is on a power trip and think they can just do whatever they want.  I think that if you abuse the parking then you should be towed not just a family get to gether every once in a while. 

I agree!  What happened to just the no long term or reoccuring parking allowed???  I had a couple of people over today, for only a few hours, and we heard something, and it was a  tow truck!  I guess next weekend, everyone will be parked on the side walk!!!!  We NEVER would have bought this place if we knew we wouldn't be able to have a few family members over once in a while for dinner.... Did I mention that we can only fit two cars in our drive???  This is BS to jack our HOA fees once again and our subdivision looks as crappy as it does because people are piled to the brim in the alleys......I wish I could just give our house to someone!

Then why dont you just give it away instead of bitching???  Did you mention you also have a garage??  Thats four cars your able to fit!!!  The thing that making to subdivision look like crap is you not cutting your grass on a regular basis and you having 10 cars parked on the street because you have your garage being treated like a storage facility!!!  Just go ahead and speed up the foreclosure process by moving out now!!!!

Hi, I agree with you. My boyfriend and I always wonder why people don't use their garage, that's what it is for, we use ours. We can fit 4 vehicles in our driveway plus if we rearrange his motorcycle and my truck we can fit my truck and another vehicle in garage, so that makes 6 vehicles and 1 motorcycle that we can fit. I always hate when idiots park their vehicle on the main road on the blind curve because if vehicle is coming around you can't see it and some idiots do not drive the speed limit. Also if a car is parked on one side of street and if someone driving on the side vehicle is parked their the ones that is supposed to pull over to let opposite coming traffic by. The parking on the street to me makes this subdivision trashy in my opinion. Also another problem is children are allowed to run wild and play in the street. When I was a kid we were taught to look both ways and let the car pass and anyway kids should play in the playground or their own yard, back or front yard. That is another thing that makes this neighborhood trashy, I guess kids learn from their parents to be disrespectful. Sorry such a long comment but I have a lot of gripes about this place and I do agree with your post. I always regret that we moved in this subdivision because it looks real trashy here and we didn't have a lot of money. My boyfriends brother and his wife had a nice home in Lebanon and that subdivision was nice, no kids running wild, big yards, wide streets, and long driveways but it was in the $250,000 dollar range.
