About our association

Some Basic Info...

Update is in process, but please note that there is an Architectural Control Committee that must approve all additions (decks, fences, other structures), changes, etc. to the exterior of your home. Turnaround time is normally very quick. Please contact Craig Turner at 577-9311(home).

We have a set of Regulations with Deed Restrictions which are enforced by the Homeowners' Association's elected Trustees. Any changes to the exterior of your home, including changing the color of your home, must be submitted to and approved by the Architectural Control Committee.

Also, dues are collected to maintain all of the common areas of the Association which includes a pond, and several other open spaces throughout the neighborhood. Currently, the dues are set at $80 for the calendar year and are due in March.
