Berg-Lahser Community Association

The Berg-Lahser Community Association is a non-profit organization that was founded in 1971. Approximately 1,700 homeowners take pride in landscapping and maintaining their homes in this modern, beautifully landscapped area. We are organized to promote cooperation and have a voice in all civic manners affecting our community.

Membership

All residents residing within the Berg-Lahser boundaries shall be eligible to become a member of this Association. Annual membership dues are $15 per household and $35 annually for businesses.

Monthly Meetings

Neighborhood Community Meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 7:00 pm at the First Baptist World Changers Church, 22575 W. 8 Mile & Berg in Detroit, Michigan.
