Are there any blight ordinances in Moncks Corner?  Out of the 20 houses on my road ALL but 1 has a clean yard!!! It is such an eye sore..neighbors say that this person family has lived on this street forever and no one can make them clean their yard!! I find that disturbing to think someone can get away with that just because of  them living there so long!!! What about xtra critters roaming? They also have a no trespassing on their fence and 2 pitbulls so no one dares to go to the property.  Any suggestions?
