Well folks, we're undertaking the very difficult task of RESTORING (as opposed to renovating) our 52 Ranch. I really want to get her back to her original glory.
If any of you are remodeling, or have in the past and have any good 50's stuff (fixtures, lights, furniture, curtains... anything), I'd be happy to take it off your hands (I'll pay of course)! I would love to be able to work with original ''Miller'' stuff from Berwick... but I'm getting desperate.
I did find a neighbor had our original kitchen light fixture in his basement (old owners were pitching it to put up a ceiling fan), and he nabbed it. I'm happy to report that he now has a ceiling fan, and our home has her original Bakelite and Tin drop light back! >yeah<
