Hi Folks,
Anyone have a suggestion on what to do about neighbors who don't clean up their leaves? These are usually nice neighbors, but they leave the leaves on their yard forever! We (the other neighbors ) spend lots of time and money cleaning up our yards so the neighborhood looks nice, but these folks just don't bother. Oh, once in a while they'll make a half hearted attempt to do some raking but then quit before the job is done. And that attempt is usually done on a day when the wind is really blowing so as they stir up the leaves they blow on down the street. And these people are not senior citizens with no one and no money to take care of the problem. These are an able bodied man and woman with young kids (teens and twenties). Any comments
