Some of you may have known my mother Ethel Hott who had lived on Quigley Rd for 50 years and who passed away last summer.  I am a Realtor and thought I had a pretty good feel for values in the area even now during this downturn,but  amazingly after many improvements and starting out at 74,900 I still dont have Moms house sold and we are now priced at $54,900.
