I just received the update sent out by our Trustees. Now all the complainers can rest assured they will be informed. You can see from this update they are working very hard, as they always have, with all of our best interest in mind.

The right Trustee was voted in. For once the complainers didn't get their way.

Taking Action

It would be nice if the trustees could take some action against these homeowners that don't take care of their yards or landscaping.The two houses on the corner of Big Bear and Hampshire Ave, look awful. One resident did a lot of landscaping and then didn't water the new plants and now it looks like a hay field. Across the street from them, the homeowners yard looks very bad.They are an embarrassment to the neighborhood.

The resident with the dead landscaping,I believe was a former Trustee. I'm glad our common grounds don't look like his yard. Now That, would be embarrassing .
