Does anyone know if there is a section on yard upkeep in the Deed Restrictions. I am requesting a copy and don't have mine. Just curious to know before I get my copy. From what I understand Rickert is who handles these issues. Not the Board. Is this correct? Anyone...

Rickert
Yes and Yes. There is a section 3 page 7 '' Maintenance of lots and Improvements '' which states ''Each lot shall be regularly mowed and no Lot shall be allowed to become overgrown or unsightly'' I'm sure Rickert has extra copies.

Produce
And for the idiot who thinks weeds can be grown for consumption, the same section talks about growing produce on your property.

to produce
My deed restrictions state that produce may be grown on your property but cannot be seen from outside the lot.
By the time you take me to court, my produce will be grown, harvested and roto tilled under.
There is nothing in my restrictions that refers to weeds.
Everybody has different deed restrictions and the trustees already looked at trying to make everybody's the same. This is costly. If you take me to court, what set of restrictions are you going to follow. Better watch who you plan to take to court. If you quote something not in somebody's personal restrictions, the HOA will have a lawsuit on their hands. It is necessary in court to quote a specific section. The trustees are doing a great job. Let them deal with the big things instead of dandelions.
