The initial post ( a mess at big bear and sawmill )
A previous post was pretty much right on. Complaint was about those two ratty looking properties as you come in to BBF from Sawmill Parkway.
Who would not agree that these houses are a mess? Other homes along Big Bear there look pretty bad too. One I believe is in forclosure.

what started this
was the initial post, I agree. If people would be nicer in their postings and say things nicer, it probably would not wind so many people up. I think people respond only to get at the person who was nasty in their complaining. You pointed something out but it was said much nicer than the original poster.

foreclosure
I believe the very first house when you come in is in foreclosure. If the trustees were to contact the bank that owns that piece of property, maybe something would be done about it. The bank has a duty at this point. Rickert needs to send the bank a letter! The homeowners are gone and have moved on.

To foreclosure
That house has been sold and people are living there right now. let's give them some time to get settled in. I saw someone the other day spraying something on the weeds. So let's give them a chance. Do you remember when you first moved in? there were a million things to do and I suspect ,this house wasn't very well taken care of inside.
