So you are telling us that the whole story in the Dispatch is made up, right ? I guess the shootings in Cleveland, Columbine, Arkansas, were also made up. Take the blinders off !!
Or are you saying that because the Columbus public school system is predominantly black, they are inferior, to Lily white Olentangy.

I agree with the original poster, Parochial schools are superior in every way, shape or form. Case closed, there is no argument. Compare the GPA's from Watterson, Desales or St Charles, to ANY public school and it is NO CONTEST !!

I don't agree
It all depends on the child. I went to a what was considered a mediocre public high school (900 in my graduating class) in another state, went to a private exclusive college in the East and graduated Summa Cum Laude. Both my children graduated from Olentangy schools and have 4.0 GPA's at excellent colleges. How could spending 5 grand for parochial schools have improved that? One child tested out of an entire year of college because of his 'inferior' public school education. In the real world, what matters is what you can do, not where you graduated from or even what your GPA was. And BTW, at least I do not have to shout and belittle to get my point across.
