I have been watching this discussion and must comment because I saw the incident.
Yes several people drive too fast in the neighborhood. But I must admit, doing so on Halloween when kids are all over the place is the absolute worst and I have a hard time thinking it is acceptable for you to think it is OK when someone is just having a bad day. I was one who saw the incident and remember many told her to slow down. Instead of recoginizing her mistake, she did it again and became combative and did it again to show how stupid she really is.
Common sense will get you a long way in life Chris, try it once!
