Is anyone willing to share the total percentage increment in the appraisal comparing to the current house value? Mine increased only total of 5% for 3 years, around 1.5% annually.

Are you talking about the appraisal for tax purposes ? they usually are lower than actual house market value. Be glad, if we were taxed on actual value ,our taxes would be much higher. Your house goes up in value by at least 5% per year, on average.

Real Estate Appraisal Increment

Our home value increased by 22% over a 3 year period. I wish my increment were only 5%. My taxes would not be as high. I too would like to know what the increment was for others so I know if my increment is reasonable compared to others.

Your taxes have not gone up in direct relation to your house value. You recently got a big jump in taxes ,because of the levy passed for the new high school.
