Watering ban

That ban is only every other day and it doesn't apply to flowers. Besides, if there is a water shortage, why does Delaware keep allowing more new developments, when Delco water can't service the customers they have now?

Water WAS Banned!

There was a water ban a few weeks ago that was for EVERYBODY in Delaware County. This was not an every other day ban, it was a full ban. Not even new grass was permitted to be watered. First and second offenses were written up, third offense was $100 fine, and fourth time your water would be shut off. It was on TV, on the radio and in the newspaper. I wouldn't doubt if they are getting ready to do it again.

As for Delaware allowing more new developments, what does this have to do with a drought? Delco stated they could not sanitize the water as fast as people were using it and there was a shortage. Call the county if you want to know why they allow more development.

BAN !

Ban or no Ban ,I'm watering my flowers.
I didn't create this problem and it's not up to me to solve it.I don't worry about my grass ,it will come back. we spent to much money on flowers to let them die. Besides,This ban has been in effect since we moved here.
