Jill wrote that the president was 'voted down.' Votes are recorded in the minutes. I would like to know what minutes this was in so I can read them.

Maybe they can send the minutes with the newsletter every month when Annette starts doing this.

In the meantime, what set of minutes was this in. I would like to see what trustees voted this down and which ones were for it.

Jeanine, or whoever you are? Please don't stir the pot here. I feel that any communication regarding meetings can be accomlished using the newsletter that is already distributed in the neighborhood.

Why don't you call the former President and ask him? I'm sure he will be able to answer you question. Or as someone said, do you just want to ''stir the pot''. By the way, I'm not holding my breath,waiting for a newsletter, It's been almost five months since the last trustees left office. How long does it take, to make up a newsletter?

Sounds like more than one person is trying to stir the pot, i.e. whoever is responding to Jeane. It sounds like she is asking Jill and wants to check the minutes. What is wrong with that. Jill is obviously the one with the first hand knowledge so let her answer.
