There has been a recent spate of water balloons being tossed from passing vehicles at night in Rancho Penasquitos. One hit a pedestrian in the torso and another hit a bicyclist in the head. The police have been alerted and have a description of the vehicle. Parents: please advise your children that they are comitting assaults and will be prosecuted when caught.
