The building next door is driving me crazy! Instead of walking downstairs to throw their trash away, they throw it over the rails where it makes loud noise, and its also gross seeing trash fly by my bedroom window. Some even walk up to the next floor up to throw it over! The bigggest concern is that they throw glass away and most of the time the glass shatters onto the street, and I have stepped on a peice of glass. Is there a way to stop this?

The first thing that I would do is contact the building HOA or Management Company. If that doesn't help, contact the City's Code Enforcement at 562 570-CODE, and report the litter (glass) on the ground because of this action. You can also contact the 2nd District office at 562 570-6684. Hope this helps. |
