Our alley WAS nicely paved. The Long Beach Gas Department did some construction, and instead of restoring the area to its previous condition they did a haphazard job filling in the work area with cracked asphalt. A very poor job. Why is the LBGD making things worse instead of improving things? How do we get them to stop doing this?
