1) The Board is planning on hosting monthly meetings to discuss issues, and neighborhood residents are welcome to attend.

The meeting schedule is as follows:

·         Monday 9/28, from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.; and

·         Monday 11/30, from 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.

All meetings will be held at the South Hill Library meeting room.

2)      The annual meeting for residents is scheduled for Sunday, October 25, from 1:30 – 2:30 p.m., also at the South Hill Library meeting room.
