There have been many changes since the last annual meeting.
Since January, all existing members of the board, except Mike Walker, have resigned for various reasons. Three new members have been selected and currently are serving. the fourth position will be elected at the annual meeting along with someone to replace Mike Walker. The annual meeting is currently scheduled for Saturday October 20th at 10 AM. Homeowners will receive a notice by US mail.
In January, the board led by then treasurer Brandy Hall decided to no longer pay for our website. As such it will be shut down as of September 15, 2018 when the registration expires. Most documents as well as meeting notes are posted on the Cobblestone Village area on the LCM website - see newsletter article of related file on how to sign up. Some of the information will be moved to this website. All of the existing information from the existing cobblestonevillagehoa.org was transfered to LCM in February. Contact them for that information.
